The occupational therapist usually gives the family a list: a hospital bed, a wheelchair or transport chair, a commode, a raised toilet seat. Send us a photo of that list and we will match every item, deliver it the same day and set it up before the patient gets home.

Delivering into downtown towers and condos
Most of our Vancouver deliveries go into buildings, not houses. A few things make the day go smoothly:
- Book the service elevator with your concierge or strata if you can. A hospital bed comes up in sections.
- Tell us about the loading bay or parkade height and we will plan the truck around it.
- Measure the bedroom door and tightest hallway turn. We will tell you if a standard bed fits.

Can you deliver a hospital bed to a condo or high-rise?
Yes. The bed comes up in sections and we assemble it in the room. If your building has a service elevator or a loading bay, book it with your concierge or strata and tell us the time.
Can you have equipment ready for a discharge from VGH or St. Paul's?
Yes, and discharge calls get priority. Send us the equipment list and the discharge time and we will have everything set up before the patient gets home. We are not affiliated with any hospital or with Vancouver Coastal Health.
Can visitors rent a wheelchair or scooter in Vancouver?

Do you sell CPAP machines?
Yes, by special order. Call us with the prescription or the model your sleep clinic recommended and we will quote and order it for you.
Does MSP cover medical equipment rental in BC?
MSP generally does not fund mobility or home medical equipment. Funding usually comes through Ministry programs (BCEA/PWD), extended health plans, ICBC or WorkSafeBC. Ministry funding needs a prescription and pre-approval before purchase. How to apply.
Can I pay for equipment over time?
Yes. We offer 0% in-house financing with no credit check over 3, 6 or 12 months with a 10% deposit. Work out your payments.
