Swivel Shower Chair
The seat rotates a full 360 degrees, so someone can sit down outside the tub and turn in rather than twisting on a wet floor. It is the transfer that causes most bathroom falls, and this removes it.

Why are there no prices on the full catalogue list?
The list covers everything MOBB manufactures, most of which we order in rather than stock. Prices move with MOBB's own pricing and with the size or colour you choose, so a number printed here would go stale and mislead you. Anything on our shelf is priced on the shop pages, and for anything else quote us the part number on 604-240-2450 and we will give you a real figure the same day.
Do you deliver outside Surrey?
Yes. We deliver across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley — Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta, Langley, White Rock, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission. Delivery for larger items is arranged when you order; smaller aids can be shipped.
How long does an ordered item take?
Usually about a week. MOBB ship from Concord, Ontario, so it is domestic freight rather than an overseas container. If something is on back-order at their end we will tell you when we quote, not after you have paid.
What does the part number mean when it shows two or three codes?
Those are size or colour variants of the same product. The 2"/4"/6" Raised Toilet Seat has one code, while the Quad Cane has separate codes for the small and large base. When you call, tell us the situation rather than the code and we will pick the right variant with you.
Which of these does extended health or Ministry funding cover?
Bathroom safety equipment is rarely covered by MSP. Some extended health plans reimburse toilet and bath aids with a prescription, and Ministry programs (BCEA/PWD) may fund equipment where there is an assessed need — but approval has to come before you buy, which is the most common reason claims are refused. We provide itemised quotes with part numbers for these applications.
What should I measure before buying bathroom equipment?
Three numbers cover most of it: the width of the bathroom doorway, the height of the toilet seat or the tub wall, and the clear space to either side. A raised toilet seat that does not suit the bowl shape, or a bench too wide for the tub, is the single most common reason this category gets returned.
Is there a warranty?
MOBB warrant their products against manufacturing defects, and the terms vary by product line. Because they are Canadian, a claim or a replacement part goes to Ontario rather than overseas, which is normally days rather than months. Bring or call us with the part number and we will handle it.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Our in-house financing is 0% interest with no credit check, split over 3, 6 or 12 months with a 10% deposit. You can estimate payments on our payment calculator.
