Full Electric Hospital Bed
Head, foot and height all move on camera from a hand pendant. Comes apart for tight location doorways and stairwells.
Bariatric Electric Bed
42" wide frame rated to 600 lb. Assembles without tools, which matters when the location window is two hours.
Steel Folding Wheelchair
The classic institutional silhouette. Available in 16", 18" and 20" and in quantity for corridor and waiting room dressing.
Lightweight Transport Chair
Small 12" rear wheels, pushed rather than self-propelled. Reads correctly for a patient being moved by an orderly.
22" Bariatric Transport Chair
450 lb capacity, 22 inches between the arms. The one to ask for when a standard chair will not work for your performer.
4-Wheel Mobility Scooter
Drives on camera. Red bodywork, 400 lb capacity, and enough battery for a full shoot day between charges.
Folding Rollator, Red
Also stocked in blue. Folds flat for a picture car or a truck, and the seat gives your performer something to play.
Steerable Knee Walker
For the broken-ankle storyline. Steers and rolls properly, so a performer can actually work with it in a take.
Patient Floor Lift
500 lb sling lift. Reads instantly as serious home care and gives a caregiver character real business to perform.
Chrome Overbed Table
The detail that sells a patient room. Rolls over the bed, adjusts in height, dresses well with a meal tray.
Bedside Commode
Small piece, big storytelling. Tells the audience how sick a character is without a line of dialogue.
Power Lift Recliner
Neutral upholstery that photographs well against most set palettes. Powered lift and recline both work on camera.

Email or call with what the scene needs and your shoot dates. A photo of the set or a frame grab helps more than a description.
We confirm and quote
We check stock against your dates and send a written quote. Daily, weekly and run-of-show rates, and we invoice against a PO.
Delivered to set
Stage, location or production office, across the Lower Mainland. Same day when stock allows. We can set the equipment up and show your team how it operates.
Hold or wrap
Extend by phone if the schedule moves. When you wrap, we collect. Nothing for your crew to load or return.
Why productions call a medical supplier instead of a prop house
The practical reasons, not the marketing ones.
- The equipment actually works. These are current-model units from our rental fleet, not decommissioned shells. Beds articulate, scooters drive, lifts lift. Anything that has to function in a take, functions.
- Someone answers at 3am. Our phones are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. If a scene changes on a Saturday night, you are not leaving a voicemail.
- We are already here. Surrey warehouse, minutes from the Langley and Burnaby stages and well inside the Lower Mainland location radius. No cross-country freight and no two-day lead time.
- We know what the equipment is for. We supply this gear to families and care facilities every day. Ask us how a lift is actually used, or where a commode really sits in a room, and you will get the correct answer — which is what stops a nurse in the audience from noticing.
- Quantity is not a problem. Because it is a rental fleet rather than a single display piece, we can usually supply matching multiples for background dressing.
- Sanitized between rentals. Everything is cleaned and safety-checked before it goes out, which matters when a performer is spending twelve hours in the chair.

Shooting further out than that? Ask anyway. Fraser Valley and Sea to Sky locations are usually workable with a day or two of notice, and we would rather quote it than turn you away.
Frequently asked questions
Rates, holds, delivery and paperwork.
What are your rates for productions?
Daily, weekly and monthly, with run-of-show pricing on longer holds. Rates depend on the item and the length of the hold, so send us the list and the dates and we will send a written quote back. There is no minimum order and no account application to fill in first.
Can you deliver same day?
Usually, across the Lower Mainland, subject to stock and what time you call. Our phones are answered 24 hours a day, so a scene that changes at midnight can still have equipment on set for a morning call. If we cannot make it, we will tell you straight away rather than let you plan around a maybe.
Do you deliver to studio lots and locations?
Both, plus production offices. Give us the stage or the location address, the name of whoever is receiving, and any gate or parking instructions. We can also set the equipment up and walk your crew through operating it before we leave.
Will the equipment actually work on camera?
Yes. Everything we rent comes out of our working fleet, so beds raise and lower, scooters drive, recliners lift and lifts operate. Tell us in advance which functions you need in the take and we will make sure the unit going out is charged and tested.
Can we get multiples of the same item?
Usually yes — matching wheelchairs, walkers or beds for background dressing. Give us as much notice as you can for larger quantities, because a fleet is a fleet and other rentals are out at the same time.
What about paperwork, PO numbers and insurance?
We invoice against a purchase order and can provide whatever documentation your production accountant needs. Send your certificate of insurance with the booking. If your production has specific vendor requirements, tell us early and we will work through them.
Do you have period or vintage medical equipment?
No. Our stock is current-model equipment, so it suits contemporary settings. For a period piece you will want a dedicated medical prop house — say the word and we will point you toward one rather than sell you something that will not cut.
Can we buy instead of rent?
Yes, and for a long-running series it is often cheaper. If a show is holding the same bed or chair for months, we will tell you when buying beats renting rather than let the rental clock run.
What if we damage something?
Tell us. Ordinary wear is expected and we would far rather hear about it at wrap than discover it at the next inspection. We will assess it fairly and invoice repair or replacement only where it is genuinely warranted.

Art department, set dec, props, or a producer sorting it out yourself at 11pm — call and we will check stock against your dates while you are on the phone. If we do not have it, we will say so and point you at someone who does.
