How much does it cost to rent a hospital bed?

Is there a minimum rental period?

What is a low-height hospital bed and who needs one?

Does the hospital bed come with a mattress?
Yes. All hospital bed rentals include a standard foam mattress. A pressure relief or alternating air mattress upgrade is available for individuals at risk of pressure sores.
Do hospital beds come with side rails?
Yes. Side rails are included with hospital bed rentals for safety. Full-length and half-length rail options are available depending on the bed model.
Will the hospital bed fit through standard doorways?
Most hospital beds are designed to fit through standard 32–36 inch doorways. Our delivery team will assess your home layout during setup to ensure proper placement.

Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. We deliver directly to your home and our team handles full assembly and positioning of the equipment. We also walk you through safe operation before we leave.
How quickly can you deliver?
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, often within 1–2 business days depending on availability and your location. For urgent situations, contact us directly to discuss expedited options.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Delta, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, and Vancouver. Contact us if you’re outside these areas.
Is there a delivery fee?

Do you pick up the equipment at the end of the rental?
Yes. When your rental period ends, we schedule a convenient pickup time and our team will disassemble and collect the equipment from your home.

What is the difference between a wheelchair and a transport chair?

Do I need a doctor’s prescription to rent medical equipment?
No prescription is required to rent or purchase equipment from Must Medical. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a prescription for reimbursement — check with your insurer.
Does insurance cover medical equipment rentals?
Many extended health benefit plans cover a portion of medical equipment costs. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your coverage before ordering. We can provide receipts and documentation to support your claim.
Is the equipment cleaned and sanitized between rentals?
Yes. All rental equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between every use. We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives safe, well-maintained equipment.
What if the equipment malfunctions during my rental?
