MUST CLR Privacy Policy

MUST CLR is an internal tool used by Must Medical Equipment's community liaison representatives and managers to log care-home visits, track routes, and coordinate outreach activity. The app is not available to the general public and is used only by Must Medical staff.

Information we collect

  • Account info: name, mobile phone number (used as your login), and a PIN you create (stored as a one-way encrypted hash — we cannot see or recover your actual PIN).
  • Location: while you are checked in during a shift, the app records GPS location for route tracking and check-in verification. Location is not collected outside of active work use.
  • Camera: used to scan product barcodes and to attach photos to visit records. Photos are stored for business record-keeping tied to the visit.
  • Work activity: visit logs, notes, schedules, deliveries, sales activity, and messages entered in the app, used to run Must Medical's outreach program.

How information is used

Data collected is used solely to operate Must Medical's outreach program: scheduling, territory management, reporting to managers, and improving how reps serve care homes. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising.

Data retention

Visit records, reports, and account data are retained for as long as needed for business and employment record-keeping purposes.

Your choices

Employees can ask the office/management to update or remove their account information. Location and camera access can be disabled at any time in your device's app permission settings, though this will limit the app's route-tracking and photo/scan features.

Must Medical Equipment sells and rents hospital beds, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, lift chairs, walkers and bathroom safety equipment from our Surrey showroom at 12987 80 Ave, with same-day delivery across Metro Vancouver and setup included.

Hospital beds and home care equipment

Most of what we do starts with a bedroom. Our hospital beds, pressure-relief mattresses, patient lifts and overbed tables turn a spare room or a living room into a care room, usually within a day of the call. Mobility equipment built for real streets

Our mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs and rollators and walkers are picked for the ground they will actually be used on. A White Rock hill, a Richmond dyke path and a Langley gravel driveway all ask different things of the same machine, and we would rather tell you that before you buy.

Rent it before you own it

Some equipment is needed for six weeks, not six years. Our rentals cover beds, wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs and knee walkers by the day, week or month, delivered and collected. We also rent medical equipment as props to film and TV productions across BC. Past roughly six months, buying usually costs less, and we will say so.

More than equipment

Bathroom safety, commodes, braces and supports and everyday essentials for the parts of the day that get hardest first. 0% financing over 3, 6 or 12 months with a 10% deposit and no credit check.
