Shipping & Delivery Policy

Mobility and home care equipment is often needed quickly. Must Medical Equipment delivers across the Lower Mainland from our Surrey showroom, usually within a day.

Delivery speed

  • Same-day delivery on in-stock items for orders placed early in the day, where our schedule allows
  • Next-day delivery on most in-stock products
  • Emergency and after-hours delivery available on selected items — call us to arrange

Most orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery areas

Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Langley, Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Hope and Harrison Hot Springs.

Outside these areas, contact us — we can often arrange delivery or freight across British Columbia.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged according to the size and weight of the item, the distance, how urgently it is needed, and whether installation or assembly is required. Larger equipment such as hospital beds, scooters and lift chairs requires a two-person delivery and is priced accordingly. Your delivery cost is confirmed before your order is finalised — you will never be charged a delivery fee you have not seen first.

Installation and setup

Where an item requires assembly or setup — hospital beds, patient lifts, grab bars and similar — we can install it and show you or a caregiver how it works. Tell us when ordering so we can schedule the time.

Homes and facilities

We deliver to private homes, care homes, assisted living residences, hospitals and rehabilitation centres, and can coordinate with care staff or family members where needed.

Please make sure there is safe access on the day and that the equipment will fit through doorways and along the route to where it will be used. If you are unsure, tell us the measurements before ordering and we will check — this advice is free and prevents the most common delivery problem we see.

Availability

Delivery times depend on stock. If an item is temporarily unavailable or is a special order, we will contact you with a realistic date rather than leave you waiting.

Must Medical Equipment sells and rents hospital beds, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, lift chairs, walkers and bathroom safety equipment from our Surrey showroom at 12987 80 Ave, with same-day delivery across Metro Vancouver and setup included.

Hospital beds and home care equipment

Most of what we do starts with a bedroom. Our hospital beds, pressure-relief mattresses, patient lifts and overbed tables turn a spare room or a living room into a care room, usually within a day of the call. Mobility equipment built for real streets

Our mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs and rollators and walkers are picked for the ground they will actually be used on. A White Rock hill, a Richmond dyke path and a Langley gravel driveway all ask different things of the same machine, and we would rather tell you that before you buy.

Rent it before you own it

Some equipment is needed for six weeks, not six years. Our rentals cover beds, wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs and knee walkers by the day, week or month, delivered and collected. We also rent medical equipment as props to film and TV productions across BC. Past roughly six months, buying usually costs less, and we will say so.

More than equipment

Bathroom safety, commodes, braces and supports and everyday essentials for the parts of the day that get hardest first. 0% financing over 3, 6 or 12 months with a 10% deposit and no credit check.
