Post-operative ROM braces, functional ligament and OA knee braces, cervical and spinal orthoses and DVT prophylaxis devices are normally fitted on the instruction of a surgeon, physiotherapist or orthotist — often with a specific model and settings prescribed. Post-operative knee bracing
The T Scope Premier, G3, Recover and Extender ranges are range-of-motion braces set by a clinician to limit how far the knee bends and straightens while a repair heals. The setting matters as much as the brace, which is why these are dispensed rather than bought.
Functional ligament and OA braces
The Fusion, X2K, Z-12 and Axiom families are rigid framed braces for ACL, PCL and collateral instability, and the OA versions apply corrective pressure to offload one side of an arthritic knee. Many are built to individual measurements.
Polar Care cold therapy
Motorised cold therapy units — Cube, Kodiak, Glacier and Wave — circulate chilled water through a wrap on the joint. Commonly sent home with patients after knee and shoulder surgery, with pads matched to the body part.

Can I order any of these?
Ask us. Breg is a US manufacturer that sells through healthcare providers rather than open retail, and lead times and availability into Canada differ from our Canadian lines. Call 604-240-2450 with the model name and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it, what it costs and how long it takes — rather than taking an order we cannot fill.
My surgeon named a Breg brace. What do I do?
Bring the name and any settings written down — for post-op knee braces the prescribed range of motion matters as much as the model. If we cannot source that exact brace in a useful timeframe, we will say so and tell you which of our stocked lines is the closest equivalent, so you can check that with your clinician rather than us substituting on your behalf.
Do you stock any Breg in Surrey?
No — nothing on this page is on our shelf. Our stocked bracing is the OTC and Champion range from Airway Surgical, which covers the common knee, ankle, wrist and back braces and can be fitted the same day. Breg is an order-in line for cases where a specific model has been asked for.
Why are there no prices?
Because we would be guessing. Pricing on order-in bracing depends on the model, size and current supply, and several of these are custom-built to measurement. A number on this page would be wrong more often than right.
Will insurance cover a Breg brace?
Orthopaedic bracing is one of the better-covered categories under extended health plans, usually with a prescription. MSP does not cover it. Post-surgical bracing is sometimes covered by ICBC or WorkSafeBC where the injury is claim-related. We provide itemised quotes and receipts with the model name for any application.
